Sarah Olson: The academy is a mentorship program designed for newly licensed agents. It helps them navigate the early stages of their career by focusing on finding the right brokerage, setting up a solid financial structure, and establishing clear goals.
The program provides a 60-day launch plan, guiding agents step-by-step toward success. It’s built on four key principles: the right fit, a clear path, financial discipline, and avoiding distractions that don’t contribute to long-term growth.
Interviewer: What inspired you to create this program?
Sarah Olson: I’ve always had a passion for mentoring. When I started in real estate 25 years ago, I was Rookie of the Year with 12 sales in my first year. Since then, I’ve guided many agents to success, and it’s painful to see agents fall out of the business due to a lack of support.
I created this program to ensure new agents have the right foundation and guidance to succeed without the frustration and mistakes that often lead to burnout.
