1. Eligibility for Refund
   To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
• You have enrolled in the Real Estate Agent Success Academy course within the last 30 days.
• You have completed all actionable steps.
• You submit a refund request as outlined below within 30 calendar days of your enrollment date.
2. Refund Request Process
   To request a refund:
• Email your request to [email protected]
• Include your full name, enrollment date, course title, and the reason for your request.
• Attach any relevant documentation, if applicable.
3. Refund Exclusions
   The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply under the following circumstances:
• You have completed less than 100% of the course content.
• You have violated any terms of use or policies associated with the Real Estate Agent Success Academy.
• Refund requests made after the 30-day period are not eligible.
4. Processing of Refunds
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving an approved refund request.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Any applicable transaction fees or processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. No Guarantee of Results
   The Real Estate Agent Success Academy course provides tools and strategies for success, but results depend on individual effort and application. The 30-day money-back guarantee is not a reflection of results or outcomes.
6. Modification or Termination of Policy
   We reserve the right to modify or terminate the 30-day money-back guarantee policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect refund requests submitted prior to the modification date.
